Caroline “Cari” Earnhardt is an Oregon based tubist and educator. She is currently principal tuba for the Eugene Ballet’s resident orchestra, Orchestra Next. She is also an active freelancer in Oregon, and can often be seen performing with the Eugene Symphony Orchestra, Newport Symphony Orchestra, and other groups in the Pacific Northwest.
In addition to her orchestral experience, Caroline is an active chamber musician and soloist. Ms. Earnhardt is also a prominent music educator in Salem and Keizer, Oregon. She has grown a robust private studio, routinely gives masterclasses, and serves as a guest clinician with local music programs.
Caroline earned her Master’s in Music Performance from the University of Oregon under the tutelage of Professor Michael Grose. Before that, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in music performance at the University of Arizona, studying under Dr. Matthew Tropman.
